The city of Madrid asked Spain's competition authority (CNMC) to investigate Uber's new air
The Washington Post reported that the City of Madrid requested the La ComisiĆ³n Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) to look into Uber's pricing practices. In particular to investigate whether the new airport transport service provided by Uber violates Spanish fair competition laws on the basis that they are below the cost of providing the service.
