South Africa Competition Commission approves Dow, Dupont merger with conditions
The South African Competition Commission has recommended to the South African Competition Tribunal that the proposed large merger whereby DowDuPont Inc. intends to acquire Dow Chemical Company and E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company be approved, with conditions to address competition concerns the merger raises.
